Job summary

Reef Capital seeks an experienced Project Director for the Coco Palms development in Hawaii. You will oversee construction on-site, enforce the approved budget and schedule, and ensure quality and safety across all phases while coordinating with design and operations teams.

This senior role requires 12+ years in construction management or development delivery, with a focus on hospitality or resort-scale projects. PMP/CCM or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in construction management, owner's representation, or development delivery, with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Experience on large hospitality, mixed-use, resort, or complex urban developments.
• Proven owner’s representative on major development projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner-side authority during active construction.
• Lead construction execution to meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Ensure alignment between field work and the approved development plan.
• Manage GMP contracts, change orders, and cost control.
• Chair OAC meetings, oversee inspections, and track milestones.
