Job summary

The Polynesian Cultural Center in Hawaii seeks a senior leader to oversee planning, programming, and pre-construction of capital expenditure projects, ensuring scope, budgets, and schedules align with organizational priorities.

You will coordinate across engineers, architects, designers, and PCC leadership, manage Planning staff, and embody the 'One ʻOhana Sharing Aloha' culture in all aspects of the work. On-site interview at Laie, HI.

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience in project planning or pre-construction activities.
• 1 year minimum managing or supervising direct subordinate staff.
• Four-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Planning, or related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and pre-construction phases of capital expenditure projects.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate planning with engineers, architects, designers, and stakeholders.
• Promote PCC culture and 'One ʻOhana Sharing Aloha' in project work.
