Four Seasons Resort Hualalai seeks a Property Services Manager to oversee residences, lead a skilled team, and support homeowners with personalized service. You will manage daily operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure homes are well cared for.

Ideal candidates bring experience in property management or hospitality, plus a proven ability to guide teams and maintain high standards for guest and homeowner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hospitality operations.
• Previous experience leading and supporting a team.
• Service-driven approach with strong judgment and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day care and condition of residences, ensuring homes are consistently maintained and ready for use.
• Lead and support a team of property services employees, providing direction, guidance, and ongoing development.
• Build relationships with homeowners, understanding preferences and supporting their individual needs over time.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and projects, working closely with vendors and internal teams to keep work moving forward.
• Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and arrival preparations to keep homes well cared for.
• Respond to homeowner requests and questions, providing support with in-home systems and day-to-day needs.
• Support scheduling and staffing to ensure consistent coverage across the operation.
• Maintain clear records within the property management system.
• Work closely with leadership across Hualalai Villas & Homes and the broader resort team.
