Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day care and condition of residences, ensuring homes are consistently maintained and ready for use.
- Lead and support a team of property services employees, providing direction, guidance, and ongoing development.
- Build relationships with homeowners, understanding preferences and supporting their individual needs over time.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and projects, working closely with vendors and internal teams to keep work moving forward.
- Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and arrival preparations to keep homes well cared for.
- Respond to homeowner requests and questions, providing support with in-home systems and day-to-day needs.
- Support scheduling and staffing to ensure consistent coverage across the operation.
- Maintain clear records within the property management system.
- Work closely with leadership across Hualalai Villas & Homes and the broader resort team.

As a Property Services Manager, you are part of that trust. You work closely with homeowners, supporting their homes and preferences while leading a team that ensures every detail is handled with care. The role is hands-on, relationship-driven, and requires a strong sense of ownership.

- Comfort building relationships with homeowners, guests, and team members
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with computer systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Adaptability and a willingness to take initiative
- Valid work authorization and ability to obtain a Hawai‘i Real Estate Sales License within one year
- Salary Range: $72,000 - 82,000
