Job summary

Responsibilities include leasing residential properties, marketing, showings, screenings, renewals, rent collection, maintenance work orders, and vendor oversight, with a focus on move-ins/outs and inspections.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Real Estate License required or in process.
• Experience in residential property management and maintenance coordination.
• Strong hospitality and customer-service background.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding management and customer service for rental portfolio, owners, tenants, and vendors.
• Lease residential properties: signing, marketing, showings, screening, inspections, renewals, rent collection, and evictions.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and inspect vendor work; manage move-ins/outs and inspections.
