Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC in Honolulu, HI, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a portfolio of residential properties. You will focus on tenant relations, leasing, owner communication, and coordinating maintenance and inspections to optimize property performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in residential property management, is willing to obtain Hawaii licensing if needed, and demonstrates strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, leasing, property administration, or a related support role.
• Willingness to obtain Hawaii property management/real estate licensing credentials.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365/Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• AppFolio or similar property management software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for assigned residential properties.
• Coordinate leasing, vacancies, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Conduct property inspections and monitor property condition.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and preventative maintenance.
• Communicate with owners, tenants, vendors, accounting, and internal teams.
• Prepare property updates, budgets, reports, and documentation.
• Respond promptly to tenant and owner concerns and urgent property matters.
