Job summary

Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking a Field Service Technician to service homes across Oahu, Maui, the Big Island, and Kauai. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs (warranty and non-warranty), take measurements, and document work while traveling extensively to customer sites.

Ideal candidates have a construction/hand-on background, strong customer service, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel. Three weeks of paid training in Tacoma, WA are provided.

Qualifications

• Construction, glazing, remodeling, installation, or related hands-on experience.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to travel extensively between islands and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential repair services and diagnose window/door issues.
• Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs and replace parts.
• Take measurements, document work, and ensure quality standards.
• Travel between Oahu, Maui, Big Island, and Kauai; coordinate travel logistics.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain safety policies.
