Job summary

Quaker Window Products seeks a Technical Services Representative to perform field inspection, troubleshooting, and repair on windows nationwide. The role requires extensive travel, meeting customers, and documenting jobsite visits.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in field service, solid mechanical skills, and a valid driver’s license. Travel-heavy schedule includes overnights with per diems and hotel coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a field service technician or similar role.
• Proficient mechanical comprehension of windows and doors.
• Valid Class E driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable with heights and working on lifts.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites to meet clients.
• Review service orders and inspect windows/doors on site.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, perform repairs.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Safely use hand and power tools during service work.
• Prepare documentation and reporting for visits.
• Plan, prioritize and monitor repair activities.
• Maintain regular attendance at assigned work location.
