Job summary

Milgard Windows & Doors is seeking a Field Service Technician based on Oahu to support customers across Oahu, Maui, the Big Island, and Kauai. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, document work, and represent Milgard with professionalism and excellent customer service.

You must travel extensively between islands, be comfortable working independently, and complete a three-week paid training in Tacoma, WA. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with frequent overtime based on travel needs.

Qualifications

• Construction, glazing, remodeling, installation, or related hands-on experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to travel extensively between islands.
• Ability to attend training in Tacoma, WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential repair services for windows and doors.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and document work.
• Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs.
• Replace glass and components and conduct water testing.
• Take measurements and ensure repairs meet quality standards.
• Travel between Oahu, Maui, Big Island and Kauai as required.
• Coordinate parts with internal teams and manage documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional representation.
