Job summary

Pacific Source on Oahu seeks a versatile Window & Door Service Technician for a hybrid role combining hands-on repair work, product guidance, and field sales to homeowners and contractors across the Hawaiian Islands.

You will diagnose issues, perform on-site assessments, submit warranty claims, and travel inter-island to Maui, Big Island, and Kauai. Requires construction exp, sales aptitude, and a Hawaii driver’s license; benefits include insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

2-3 years of general construction or building material installation experience is preferred.
Basic computer proficiency required.
Verbal and written communication skills with an aloha-minded customer service approach.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and guide repairs for window and door systems.
Perform on-site assessments and warranty evaluations.
Submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
Provide installation guidance to customers and contractors in the field based on expert product knowledge and construction knowledge.
Travel regularly from Oahu to neighboring islands for service calls.
Maintain accurate service records and sales activity in our CRM.
