Job summary

Blue Hawaiian is seeking a Concierge to offer personalized recommendations and assist guests with booking tours, activities, and other experiences in Hawaii. You will partner with lodging partners and supply partners to ensure memorable vacations and drive guest satisfaction.

Compensation includes competitive hourly pay ($16.00–$20.00) plus a biweekly commission program. You will book world-class tours and activities including helicopter tours, luaus, snorkeling, and more, with commissions paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years’ related experience or training.
• 1–2 years of sales or upselling experience in a performance driven environment.
• Extraordinary guest service skills and expert knowledge of local area and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional, courteous greeting and extraordinary customer service.
• Assess guest needs via discovery process and help select products matching their needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets in a commissioned environment.
• Close and book sales and collect payment when trained.
• Provide a thorough recap of purchase and thank the guest.
