Blue Hawaiian is seeking a Concierge to offer personalized recommendations and assist guests with booking tours, activities, and other experiences in Hawaii. You will partner with lodging partners and supply partners to ensure memorable vacations and drive guest satisfaction.
Compensation includes competitive hourly pay ($16.00–$20.00) plus a biweekly commission program. You will book world-class tours and activities including helicopter tours, luaus, snorkeling, and more, with commissions paid
The Concierge offers personalized recommendations and assistance in booking events, activities, tours, attractions, and other services that travelers seek in their destinations. You will be working closely with our guests with a focus on providing extraordinary customer service to them, our lodging partners, and our supply partners. We help travelers get the most out of each destination, which in turn helps our lodging partners develop loyal guests and helps our supply partners grow their businesses. The Concierge is responsible for assessing guest needs and selling attractions and activity tickets that ensure a memorable vacation experiences.
In addition to earning $16.00–$20.00 per hour, our Concierge team has the opportunity to boost their earnings through a generous biweekly commission program. You'll help guests plan unforgettable Hawaii experiences by recommending and booking world-class tours and activities, including helicopter tours, luaus, snorkeling excursions, sunset cruises, and more. The more memorable vacations you help create, the greater your earning potential. Commissions are paid biweekly as part of our regular payroll process.
Subject to applicable laws and Blue Hawaiian policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position. All employees must follow Blue Hawaiians’ employment practices and policies.
