Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) is seeking a Civil Engineer (Mid-Level) to support the 647 Civil Engineering Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. This role focuses on AMP management, data integration, and lifecycle planning for airfield pavements and facilities.

You will work with TNAP, asset management, and multiple stakeholders to ensure mission-ready infrastructure, with a background check and CAC required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a US-accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years civil engineering experience, including at least 3 years military facility/infrastructure experience.
• Experience with military facility/infrastructure planning, civil engineering, or asset management.
• Ability to evaluate infrastructure condition data and support lifecycle planning and project prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Must complete Tier 1 background investigation and obtain CAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and update of TNAP AMP using PAVER data.
• Consolidate condition data from BUILDER SMS to support AMP lifecycle strategies.
• Apply Air Force asset management principles to rank and align civil projects with AMP goals.
• Oversee QA/QC of facility and pavement condition data for ground-truthed AMP decisions.
• Collaborate with flights and stakeholders to gather requirements for projects.
• Conduct required physical inventories and compliance inspections of facilities and assets.
