Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Kapolei, HI seeks a Chain Manager to lead sales and account management in the dynamic Hawaii market. You will present to buyers, drive focus brands, and support a growing sales team across multiple accounts.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales/marketing, wholesale beverage experience preferred, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is expected, with a college degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Sales and Marketing Experience.
• Wholesale beverage industry experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work through indirect reports and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Present to local and national retail buyers with the aim of creating new business.
• Execute against weekly and monthly focus brands and objectives.
• Support sales team by calling on existing accounts when necessary.
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Johnson Bros-Mutual Suppliers to grow sales and distribution.
• Support branch sales offices by tracking and facilitating program execution.
• Present JB-HI pricing to accounts and communicate with delivery/warehouse teams.
