Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits in Hawaii seeks an Area Manager to lead a team of Sales Consultants across a large territory. You will drive sales execution, manage supplier relationships, and develop programs to meet growth goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in sales leadership with strong communication, budgeting, and coaching skills; this is a full-time on-site opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of beverage alcohol products and SGWS portfolio.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of sales consultants; evaluate performance against goals.
• Develop territory sales plans to achieve goals and objectives.
• Create team meeting cadence to communicate plans and priorities.
• Coach consultants on pipeline development and product knowledge.
• Analyze and manage team expenditures to conform to budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
