Job summary

Kamehameha Schools, Hawaii Campus, is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead facilities modification projects from planning through completion. You will oversee the full lifecycle, collaborate with Facilities and campus stakeholders, manage procurement and contracting, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with proactive communication.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building, construction, or facilities projects, knowledge of procurement processes, and strong coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Education, Business Administration, Humanities or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years project management or related experience.
• Ability to manage project scope, quality, cost and schedule to pre-determined constraints.
• Ability to travel to various locations, including neighbor islands to conduct business and to work evenings/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Manages project planning and tracking, managing scope, activity, delivery, budget, and reporting to achieve KS' strategic goals.
• Leads project teams and facilitates meetings to problem solve to resolution and successful outcomes.
• Communicates project timelines and progress to internal and external audiences; aligns client expectations.
• Oversees procurement and contracting processes, including RFP development, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
• Supports professional and peer development related to project delivery and organizational change.
