Rogers Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Haul Truck Driver for a day shift in Bronte, Texas. The role requires operating rigid frame and/or articulating haul trucks with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance with all regulations.

You will perform pre/post inspections, assist with maintenance, and work as part of a team. The job demands adaptability to weather, noise, and overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Dedication to safe work practices.
• Previous experience operating both rigid frame haul trucks and/or articulating haul trucks preferred.
• Ability to perform general laborer and clean-up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed/directed.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Operate haul trucks to move rock from the pit to the crusher and begin the crushing process.
• Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Work outside in all types of weather and tolerate loud noises.
• Work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Work overtime and extended hours as needed.
• Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Valid Drivers License required

Rogers Group Inc is seeking an experienced Haul Truck Driver to join our team for a Day shift located in Bronte, Texas. The ideal candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
