Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Haul Truck Driver for an Overnight shift in Bronte, Texas. The ideal candidate operates rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks with a strong safety focus and follows all OSHA/MSHA/environmental rules.

Responsibilities include moving rock from pit to crusher, performing vehicle inspections, and assisting with plant duties as needed. A clean MVR and valid license are required; willingness to work overtime is expected.

Rogers Group Inc is seeking an experienced Haul Truck Driver to join our team for an Overnight shift located in Bronte, Texas. The ideal candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks to move rock from the pit to the crusher and begin the crushing process.
• Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
• Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Valid Drivers License required

Qualifications

• Dedication to safe work practices.
• Previous experience operating both rigid frame haul trucks and/or articulating haul trucks preferred.
• Ability to perform general laborer and clean-up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed/directed.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
