Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and maintenance as directed by management.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Operate equipment with high competency and safety awareness.
• Follow all policies and OSHA/MSHA requirements for a safe work environment.
• Work outside in all weather and tolerate loud noises.
• Support teamwork and assist coworkers as needed.
• Be willing to overtime and extended hours as required.
• Provide documentation for I-9 immigration status as required.
• Hold a valid drivers license and maintain clean driving record.

Rogers Group is seeking candidates to fill a position as an Off-Road Haul Truck Driver for the Gallatin Quarry, located in Gallatin, TN. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

Job Details

• Full - Time
• Day Shift
• Wages starting at $23.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks to move shot rock from the pit to the crusher and begin the crushing process.
• Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
• Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Valid Drivers License required
