Rogers Group, Inc. in Bronte, Texas is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for a day shift. You will operate excavators and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently in challenging terrain.

The ideal candidate demonstrates reliable outdoor work ethic in all weather, works well in a team, and is available for overtime. Regular pre- and post-inspections, maintenance, and adherence to MSHA and environmental policies are required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating large dozers, excavators, or similar heavy machinery.
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate loud noises.
• Team-oriented and willing to assist co-workers and supervisors.
• Willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Rogers Group Inc is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team for a Day shift located in Bronte, Texas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating excavators safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate an excavator and/or dozer with a high degree of competency, skill and proficiency in challenging and unique terrain environments
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management
• Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Properly follow all company policies MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Assist with other duties at the discretion of management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating large dozers, excavators, or similar heavy machinery preferred
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
