Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Excavator Operator for an overnight shift in Bronte, Texas. The ideal candidate will operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely in a fast-paced environment, performing routine maintenance and inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience operating large heavy equipment preferred.
• Must work outside in all weather and tolerate loud noises.

Responsibilities

• Operate an excavator and/or dozer with competency in challenging terrain.

• Follow MSHA and environmental regulations for safe procedures.

Rogers Group Inc is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team for an overnight shift located in Bronte, Texas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating excavators safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate an excavator and/or dozer with a high degree of competency, skill and proficiency in challenging and unique terrain environments
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management
• Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Properly follow all company policies MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Assist with other duties at the discretion of management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating large dozers, excavators, or similar heavy machinery preferred
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed
