Rogers Group, Inc., headquartered in Nashville, is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for a day shift in Bronte, Texas. The role requires proven experience operating excavators safely in a fast-paced site.

Responsibilities include operating heavy machinery, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on site. The position emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a primarily outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating large dozers, excavators, or similar heavy machinery.
• Able to work outside in all weather and tolerate loud noises.
• Willingness to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Team oriented and able to assist coworkers.

Rogers Group Inc is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team for a Day shift located in Bronte, Texas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating excavators safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate an excavator and/or dozer with a high degree of competency, skill and proficiency in challenging and unique terrain environments
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management
• Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Properly follow all company policies MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Assist with other duties at the discretion of management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating large dozers, excavators, or similar heavy machinery preferred
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed
