Cobb Three Springs Farm in Rose, OK is hiring for Hatchery Processing Labor. You will inspect eggs and chicks, maintain a clean hatchery, and record egg and chick data on a touch screen tablet. The role emphasizes safety, biosecurity, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with additional shift differentials for evenings and weekends; full-time benefits start on day one, including health and retirement plans and education benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• No employment gaps >6 months in the past 36 months.
• Must be able to perform physical duties daily.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and process eggs for incubation and chicks.
• Maintain and clean the hatchery facility.
• Record data entry of egg and chick information on a touch screen tablet.
• Perform sanitation tasks on hatchery equipment and rooms.
• Participate in hatch processes including wingbanding and vaccination.
• Euthanize substandard chicks per approved methods.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
