Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with feeding, watering and weighing birds.
• Record egg numbers and weights, and monitor bird health.
• Inspect poultry for diseases and remove ill or dead birds.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
• Assist with scheduling and daily production activities.
