Job summary

Zoetis in Suffolk, Virginia, seeks a Field Service Technician to manage Hatchery Inovo Process and perform preventive maintenance on electrical/mechanical equipment in poultry hatcheries.

You will handle emergency repairs at customer sites, participate in after-hours support, coordinate with hatcheries, and contribute to training and process evaluation programs. The role requires 1–5 years of related experience or an associate degree in electro/mechanical systems or a related field.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical Systems or related curriculum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance on all assigned Biodevices.
• Provide electrical/mechanical support and perform emergency repairs at customer sites.
• Understand and follow Electrical Schematics; participate in Territory After Hours Support and Repairs.
