Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Field Service Specialist to manage the Hatchery Inovo Process across 3-5 hatcheries in the Suffolk, VA area. The role includes preventive maintenance on Biodevices, field service, and emergency repairs with after-hours availability.

The position requires 1–5 years of related experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. On-site work at hatcheries with travel expected; safety procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical Systems or bachelor’s in poultry science or related field.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1–5 years of related experience in field service or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance on Biodevices at hatcheries.
• Provide electrical/mechanical support and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Understand and follow Electrical Schematics.
• Participate in Territory After Hours Support and Repairs.
• Communicate with assigned hatcheries and complete reporting forms and procedures.
• Manage Hatchery Inovo Process for 3–5 hatcheries in territory.
• Manage Zoetis Operator Training Program for 25+ customer employees.
• Facilitate vaccine and sanitation preparation for Zoetis Devices.
• Support Zoetis Process Evaluation Program.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report as required.
