Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Field Service Technician to manage the Hatchery Inovo Process across multiple hatcheries in Mississippi. You will perform preventive maintenance, provide electrical/mechanical support, and respond to after-hours repairs.

You will understand electrical schematics, train 25+ staff, and coordinate vaccine and sanitation prep for Zoetis devices while maintaining safety and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical Systems or related curriculum.
• Bachelor's degree in poultry science or related field preferred.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on Biodevices.
• Provide electrical/mechanical support and emergency repairs.
• Understand and follow electrical schematics.
• Participate in after-hours support and repairs.
• Zoetis Field Service Technician responsible for communication with hatcheries.
• Report visits, parts usage and maintenance in time.
• Manage Hatchery Inovo Process for 3–5 hatcheries.
• Coordinate Zoetis Operator Training for 25+ staff.
• Support vaccine and sanitation prep for Zoetis devices.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate with supervisor.
