Job summary

Wayne Farms in Arkansas is seeking an egg handling associate responsible for transferring a specified number of eggs from egg buggies to setter machines while consistently wearing PPE and adhering to company policies and welfare guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Hatchery or poultry industry experience is a plus.
• Basic math functions and skills are useful.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine checks.
• Transfer eggs from buggies into setter machines.
• Pull and push egg buggies.
• Clean and sanitize machines, floors, drains, baskets, buggies, etc.
• Comply with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal laws and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
