CNH Industrial is seeking a Product Specialist for Harvesting Equipment to drive the product value proposition regionally while delivering an exceptional dealer and customer experience.

The role covers combines, forage harvesters, headers, and precision technology solutions, with travel up to 75% in the Western US. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience required; strong communication and training skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required; or Associate Degree with 3 years of agricultural product experience or a high school diploma with 5 years of agricultural product experience.
• Four or more years of experience in agricultural equipment sales support, product support, field marketing, dealer development, training, or related commercial functions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of production agriculture, cash crop equipment applications, dealer operations, and customer buying processes.
• Experience supporting high horsepower tractors, planting, seeding, tillage, harvesting, application equipment, or related crop production machinery preferred.
• Strong understanding of precision technology solutions and their integration with production agriculture equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate technical product features into customer-focused value propositions and business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while partnering across sales, marketing, product, and dealer organizations; travel up to 75%.

Mansioni

• Serve as regional product expert for Harvesting products, supporting New Holland and Case IH objectives.
• Plan and execute customer and dealer engagement activities: field demos, dealer meetings, training, field days, visits.
• Deliver value-based product training and competitive positioning for dealers, field sales, and customers.
• Partner with dealers and field teams to identify and develop retail and conquest opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer field events to show ROI and efficiency benefits.
• Provide voice-of-customer feedback to product teams to influence future products and strategies.
• Analyze regional market trends and dealer needs to support planning and execution.
• Develop marketing, sales, and training materials communicating features and benefits.
• Support regional marketing plans to increase engagement, sales, revenue, and market share.
• Manage field inventory and demo assets; support dealer order-writing and assets transfer.
