Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Product Specialist for Application Equipment (Sprayers) to drive the product value proposition across a regional footprint including Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. You will support training events, dealer/train-the-trainer sessions, and customer engagements to boost retail sales and share objectives.

The role demands field-based work with up to 75% travel, collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and a focus on demonstrating product value to customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or an associate degree with additional three years agriculture product experience, or a high school diploma with five years experience.
• Experience in direct customer agriculture equipment sales support.
• This is a field-based position with up to 75% travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and provide value proposition to dealers and customers, including events and visits to achieve retail unit and share objectives for assigned products and territory.
• Serve as the marketing product expert resource for the product to sales/marketing with input to teams and drive value proposition through training sessions.
• Develop key marketing training materials for communication of product value, features and benefits to the commercial organization and dealer network.
• Manage field inventory and dealer order writing to meet retail and inventory objectives.
• Lead conversion-focused initiatives that move prospects through the buying process and increase customer engagement.
