Job summary

CNH Industrial Group is seeking a Product Specialist for Application Equipment (Sprayers) to drive the value proposition regionally and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will support national, regional, and local training events, engage dealers and customers, resolve product issues, and help grow retail unit and market share.

Location-specific availability includes IL, WI, MN, IA. The role requires strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams, plus travel up to 75%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as alternative.
• 4+ years direct customer agriculture equipment sales support.
• Field-based role with up to 75% travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver value propositions to dealers and customers, including field days and events.
• Serve as product expert for sales and marketing and train teams on territory products.
• Develop marketing training materials to communicate product value and benefits.
• Manage field inventory and dealer order objectives to meet retail targets.
• Drive customer experience and support conversion-focused initiatives throughout the sales cycle.
