Zusammenfassung

CNH Industrial is seeking a Harvesting Product Specialist for the Southwest region. You will be the regional commercial and product expert for combines, forage harvesters, headers, and related precision technology, delivering value to dealers and customers.

The role requires residence in the assigned territory with preference for candidates in the Western United States and travel up to 75% to support field demonstrations, trainings, and customer engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of a degree, an Associate's with 3 years of ag product experience or a high school diploma with 5 years of ag product experience accepted.
• 4+ years of experience in agricultural equipment sales support, product support, field marketing, dealer development, training, or related commercial functions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of production agriculture, cash crop equipment applications, dealer operations, and customer buying processes.
• Experience with high horsepower tractors, planting, seeding, tillage, harvesting, or related crop production machinery preferred.
• Strong understanding of precision technology solutions and their integration with production agriculture equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the regional product expert for Harvesting products, supporting New Holland and Case IH objectives.
• Plan, manage, and execute customer and dealer engagement activities (field demos, dealer meetings, training, field days).
• Deliver value-based product training and competitive positioning for dealer sales personnel and customers.
• Partner with dealers and field teams to identify, develop, and support retail opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer field events to showcase performance and ROI.
• Provide voice-of-customer feedback to product marketing, management, and development teams.
• Analyze regional market trends and competitive activity to support planning.
• Assist in developing marketing, sales, and training materials communicating features and benefits.
• Support activation of regional marketing plans to boost engagement and sales.
• Manage field inventory and demonstration assets; support dealer order-writing and transfers.
• Champion positive customer experience with dealers and customers throughout ownership journey.
• Support regional trade shows, events, and dealer engagements to raise product awareness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent customer experience.
