Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years management/supervision experience in beef processing facility (hide-on & hide-off).
• English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and verbal/written communication skills.

The Harvest Manager will lead a team that consists of a three Supervisors – all of which provide leadership, direction and supervision for a staff of approximately 140 employees. The Harvest Manager reports to the Director of Operations on a daily basis and participates in weekly production meetings. The Harvest Manager maintains an active rapport with USDA inspectors while implementing a proactive approach to regulatory issues.
