Job summary

Harris Ranch Beef Company is seeking a Quality Assurance team member to help ensure our customers enjoy the highest quality beef products. You will monitor GMP/HACCP/SSOP, assist with audits, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

No prior QA experience is required, but reliability and a willingness to learn are essential. The role involves data collection, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety procedures in a facility that processes beef products.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• GMP, HACCP, and SSOP understanding.
• Root Cause Analysis (5-why) with deviation handling knowledge.
• Ability to maintain safe practices and PPE compliance.
• Comfort working in variable temperatures and physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor/verify HACCP, SSOPs, and GMP, ensuring systems operate as designed.
• Perform troubleshooting and data collection for quality assurance.
• Support QA audits and food safety inspections.
• Assist in continuous education and process improvements.
• Enforce safety procedures and report unsafe observations.
