Job summary

Harris Ranch Beef Company is seeking a Harvest Manager to oversee a single-shift beef harvest process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will manage budgets, KPI targets, and a team of ~140 employees through three supervisors, while coordinating with USDA inspectors and plant leadership.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, experience in beef processing, and the ability to maintain high production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years management/supervision experience in beef processing facility (hide-on & hide-off).
• English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day harvest floor operations to ensure productivity and safety.
• Monitor yields and production standards, with attention to KPIs and budget.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to supervisors and staff.
