Job summary

JBS Foods Tolleson is seeking a Harvest Maintenance Superintendent to lead the Maintenance Department Supervisors and partner with plant leadership to keep assets healthy and equipment running at peak performance.

You will drive a proactive maintenance program, coordinate with operations and safety, and ensure compliance while guiding teams through daily and project work in a fast-paced, two-shift environment in Tolleson, AZ.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in maintenance in a fast-paced facility.
• Background in mechanical/electrical maintenance preferred.
• Experience with preventative maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel and plan, lead, organize, and assign work.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize production interruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance.
• Oversee repairs and contractor work and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Plan expenditures within the department budget.
• Enforce safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
