Job summary

JBS Foods in Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Harvest Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department and ensure asset health on the harvest floor, offal, hot boxes and pens. You will coordinate breakdown, preventative maintenance, and predictive work orders while aligning with safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical or engineering background with a relevant license, 3+ years of supervisory maintenance experience in a process manufacturing setting, and proven teamwork and

Qualifications

• Educational background in mechanical or engineering technology with license assets.
• Three years supervision experience in maintenance/operations in a process facility, preferably unionized.
• Experience with preventative maintenance systems and Six Sigma/ TPM is a plus.
• Strong planning, analytical and organizational skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize, coordinate and assign maintenance work across breakdowns and PM tasks.
• Provide immediate response to operational maintenance concerns and coordinate with operations.
• Maintain accurate records of management, operations and maintenance activities.
• Supervise repairs and projects by maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring deadlines and quality.
• Control expenditures aligned with the department budget; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
