Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef in Arkansas City, KS, is seeking a Harvest General Foreman to oversee daily harvest operations, ensure production schedules, safety, and food safety, and support supervisors with development and continuous improvement.

You will direct harvest floor operations, monitor staffing, keep equipment running, drive productivity, track KPIs, and promote a safe, quality work environment while coaching team members and resolving concerns with professionalism.

JOB SUMMARY

The Harvest General Forman is responsible for overseeing daily harvest operations to ensure production, safety, food safety, regulatory, processing, and compliance is being achieved. This position has all harvest supervisors as direct reports, and hourly team members indirectly reporting. This position is responsible for assisting supervisors with their development and commitment with a continuous improvement mindset.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
