Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.
• Demonstrable history of success in sales, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Strong ability to clearly explain complex policy details in plain language.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to track client interactions and policy renewals.
• Residency in or near Hartford, Connecticut, with reliable local transportation for client meetings.
• Experience with consultative sales techniques focused on long-term relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust client base by reaching out to local residents and business owners in Hartford.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential gaps in a client's current coverage.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals that offer genuine protection and value.
• Provide ongoing support to policyholders, helping them navigate updates, claims, or adjustments to their coverage.
• Attend community events and networking opportunities to represent The Atlantic District and grow your local presence.
• Collaborate with our internal underwriting team to ensure every client receives the most accurate and beneficial plan.
