Qualifications

• Preferable training in motivational interviewing and harm reduction.
• Experience in overdose prevention training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach in assigned catchment areas.
• Assist with service planning and care coordination.
• Provide routine follow-up and communication with clients.
