SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking a Hardware Test Specialist, Failure Analysis (Gateway) to ensure reliability of Starlink satellites and gateways. You will perform failure analyses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions across hardware test operations.

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams and use test equipment to validate robustness, while maintaining thorough documentation of analyses and results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical position experience or engineering degree
• Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Experience with electronic testing and inspection using measurement devices
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot test systems and interpret logs and telemetry.
• Support production, engineering, and qualification tests and configurations.
• Identify root causes of failures and implement permanent resolutions.
• Design or repair fixtures and tooling to improve manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality teams to improve reliability.
