Responsibilities include developing environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical test solutions; performing failure analysis; selecting PCBAs/HC components; and collaborating across disciplines to drive reliable, high-performance hardware.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or other STEM discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering (internships and co-ops acceptable)
• Strong knowledge of Python and C/C++ is desirable.

• Design, develop, and execute novel environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical test solutions for ground antenna electronics and payload.
• Perform detailed failure analysis of ground antenna hardware and implement corrective actions.
• Select commercial-off-the-shelf hardware or design PCBAs to measure signals and power units under test.
• Provide hands-on support through design qualification, production ramp, and ground network rollout.
• Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, software, test engineering, supply chain, and silicon design teams to deliver high-performance hardware.
• Conduct electrical bench testing to replicate and mitigate failures.
• Develop tools and processes to analyze data from field and lab tests for design improvements.
• Challenge assumptions and find simple, robust solutions to complex problems.
