Job summary

You will design and modify test fixtures for Kubota testers, perform metrology and root-cause analysis, and report findings, working with cross‑functional teams in a lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or physical science.
• Familiar with Optical microscope and soldering electronic components.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate head and media reliability under environmental/operational conditions using Kubota testers.
• Designs and develops optimized test algorithms to meet customer specs.
• Designs, conducts HDI testing, analyzes results and presents findings.
