Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with Optical microscope and soldering electronic components.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate head and media reliability under various environmental and operating conditions.
• Design and develop optimized test algorithms to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Conduct component HDI testing, analyze results, and present findings.
• Perform failure analysis and material characterization using microscopy and SEM/AFM tools.
• Design, modify, and troubleshoot test fixtures and Kubota testers.
• Prepare test samples by soldering and maintain safety standards.
