Job summary

Greenlight is a family technology company seeking a Supply Chain Manager, Planning & Fulfillment to design and scale demand planning, inventory control, and 3PL fulfillment across D2C, marketplace, and retail channels. You will own data-driven processes, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with GTM, Finance, and Ops.

The role requires 5–8+ years in physical product supply chains, direct 3PL coordination, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics operations for physical consumer products in growth environments.
• Hands-on demand planning: SKUs across D2C/marketplace/retail with sell-in vs sell-through understanding.
• MRP/BOM-based planning: reorder points, safety stock, lead-time offsetting.
• Direct 3PL management including WMS, kitting, inbound, and KPI governance.
• Experience with retail EDI workflows (POs, ASNs, invoices, 850/855/856/810/846).
• Strong analytical skills with large, multi-system data sets.
• Process-driven with demonstrated scalable improvements; strong communication to GTM/Finance/leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware demand plan and translate marketing calendars into a supply plan.
• Lead consensus planning with GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Ops; present risks with recommendations.
• Convert demand plan into a time-phased BOM-level supply plan.
• Own Amazon FBA inventory health and replenishment.
• Manage day-to-day 3PL: kitting, inbound, labeling, and packaging replenishment.
• Define and enforce SLAs/KPIs with 3PL; run weekly/monthly scorecards.
• Maintain item master, BOM, kit SKUs, and packaging specs; reflect in 3PL SOPs.
• Collaborate with Retail/GTM on onboarding and EDI/returns requirements.
• Maintain supply chain KPI suite: forecast accuracy, in-stock rate, turns, weeks-of-supply.
• Champion automation of manual workflows; support month-end inventory variances.
