Job summary

Greenlight is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, Planning & Fulfillment to design and scale demand planning, inventory control, and 3PL fulfillment across D2C, marketplace, and retail channels.

You will own the end-to-end supply chain data, build processes, and partner with GTM, Finance, and Ops to drive efficiency. The role requires 5–8+ years in supply chain planning and a hands-on approach to 3PL management.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in supply chain planning or logistics for consumer products.
• Experience with SKU-level forecast across multiple channels (D2C, marketplace, retail).
• Hands-on 3PL management and warehouse operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and influence.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware demand plan and translate into a time-phased supply plan.
• Lead consensus planning with GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Ops; present risks and options.
• Manage 3PL relationships including kitting, inbound, FBA replenishment, and labeling.
• Define and enforce SLAs and KPIs with 3PLs; run regular scorecards.
• Maintain item master, BOM, kit SKUs, and packaging specs.
