Qualifications

• BA degree in business or supply chain
• 5+ years in supply chain (demand planning, purchasing, or production control)
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong IT skills including advanced Excel
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Analytical and data mining skills

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel to manage large datasets and develop reports.
• Analyze inventory, purchasing, and supply chain data to identify trends.
• Maintain planning data including safety stock levels and lifecycle changes.
• Create and process purchase orders with accurate procurement docs.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, operations, procurement, and finance.
• Investigate data discrepancies and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Develop and improve tracking tools, reports, and processes.
• Coordinate team communications to align departments.
• Train and mentor new team members on data sources and reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and data-driven solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of analyses, reporting, and procurement activities.
