Job summary

GLD, a fast-growing jewelry and lifestyle brand based in Miami, is seeking a Head of Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment strategy. This hands-on leader will build scalable processes, drive automation, and partner with Technology to deliver omnichannel excellence.

You will own inbound logistics, warehousing, distribution, and cross-functional operations, shaping the future of GLD's operations and retail fulfillment as the business scales globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with omnichannel fulfillment and scalable operations.
• Proven track record deploying enterprise systems (WMS/ERP) and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational execution across inbound logistics, warehouse operations, inventory movement, order fulfillment, distribution, and outbound shipping.
• Establish KPIs and drive improvements in cost, quality, speed, and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Finance, Merchandising, and Planning to build scalable systems.
