Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a high-agency Product Sourcing Program Manager for the PSE team. You will drive transparency and risk mitigation across the end-to-end hardware supply chain, partnering with sourcing engineers, SIEs, planners, and production leads to turn procurement data into actionable intelligence.

You'll build production dashboards, perform root-cause analysis on bottlenecks, track BOM maturity, tooling readiness, and lead-time variances, enabling informed decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in data analytics or supply chain with strong reporting.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Deep understanding of ERP/MRP, BOMs, and lead times.

Responsibilities

• Build production dashboards and automated reporting for key supply chain metrics.
• Perform root-cause analysis on bottlenecks and risks in procurement.
• Collaborate with engineers and planners to track BOM maturity and tooling readiness.
• Synthesize data for executive briefings and strategic decisions.
• Help scale analytics infrastructure and standardize reporting.
