Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, supplier engagement, or hardware design.
• Domain expertise in value/TCO at component and product level.
• Willingness to travel 10–40% of the time; ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supplier lifecycle, global market discovery, and onboarding of manufacturing partners.
• Architect multi-million dollar, cross-commodity negotiation strategies to optimize TCO.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to scale hardware from concept to full-rate production.
• Drive BOM consolidation, CapEx budgeting, and risk assessments across supply base.
